Record Copies and “As-Builts. Contractor shall maintain at the Project Site for Owner one record copy “Record Copy” of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. The Record Copy shall be available to Owner and shall be delivered to Owner upon completion of the Work. Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and submitting the “as-built” conditions on Project Site as part of the Record Copy by redlining the Construction Drawings, provided that Owner’s surveyor will provide as-builts to include survey/GPS information of underground utilities and the pipe inverts to these utilities. As-built redlines shall be updated daily and made available for review by Owner and the Construction Manager upon request. Contractor’s compliance with the foregoing shall be a condition to approval of each payment application. Further, upon completion of the Project and as a condition to final payment, Contractor shall deliver to Owner and Construction Manager a complete and accurate final set of as-built redline Drawings.

  • Agreement Copies The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. The City will pay for the number of copies it orders for use by City administrative personnel, and CWA will pay for the number of copies it orders for distribution to bargaining unit employees.

  • Books and Records Reports (a) The Trustees shall keep a certified copy or duplicate original of this Trust Agreement on file at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator available for inspection at all reasonable times during its usual business hours by any Holder. The Trustees shall keep proper books of record and account for all the transactions under this Trust Agreement at the office of the Trust and the office of the Administrator, and such books and records shall be open to inspection by any Holder at all reasonable times during usual business hours.   • Inspection of Property and Books and Records The Company shall maintain and shall cause each Subsidiary to maintain proper books of record and account, in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP consistently applied shall be made of all financial transactions and matters involving the assets and business of the Company and such Subsidiary.   • Commercial Copies The Corporation shall cause commercial copies of the Final Qualification Prospectus and any Supplementary Material to be delivered to the Agents without charge, in such numbers and in such cities in the Qualifying Jurisdictions as the Agents may reasonably request. Such delivery shall be effected as soon as practicable and, in any event, within two Business Days after the filing thereof in the Qualifying Jurisdictions.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Inspection of Properties and Books Etc The Borrower shall permit the Lenders, through the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders’ other designated representatives, no more frequently than once each calendar year, or more frequently as determined by the Lenders upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, to visit and inspect any of the properties of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and each such inspection, if no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, shall be at the Lenders’ expense. The Borrower shall also permit the Lenders, through the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders’ other designated representatives, to examine the books of account of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (and to make copies thereof and extracts therefrom), and to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with, and to be advised as to the same by, its and their officers, all at such reasonable times and intervals as the Administrative Agent or any Lender may reasonably request. The Borrower authorizes the Administrative Agent and, if accompanied by the Administrative Agent, the Lenders to communicate directly with the Borrower’s independent certified public accountants and authorizes such accountants to disclose to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders any and all financial statements and other supporting financial documents and schedules with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Records and Accounting The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Partnership appropriate books and records with respect to the Partnership’s business, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Limited Partners any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.4(a). Any books and records maintained by or on behalf of the Partnership in the regular course of its business, including the record of the Record Holders and Assignees of Units or other Partnership Securities, books of account and records of Partnership proceedings, may be kept on, or be in the form of, computer disks, hard drives, punch cards, magnetic tape, photographs, micrographics or any other information storage device; provided, that the books and records so maintained are convertible into clearly legible written form within a reasonable period of time. The books of the Partnership shall be maintained, for financial reporting purposes, on an accrual basis in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
