RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) If, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected, you request us to arrange reconnection of your premises and you pay to us all of our and the distribution entity’s reconnection charges in advance and rectify the cause that led us to arranging disconnection of your premises, we will arrange for the reconnection of your premises.

RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION. (a) IfWe must arrange for the reconnection of your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected, : (i) you request ask us to arrange reconnection of your premises and you pay to us all of our and the distribution entity’s reconnection charges in advance and rectify the cause that led us to arranging disconnection of your premises, we will arrange for the reconnection of your premises; and (ii) you rectify the matter that led to the disconnection; and (iii) you pay any reconnection charge (if requested).
