Reconfirmation and Reassignment. The Secretary may, following consultation and agreement with APEX (which will not be unreasonably withheld), either reconfirm in the same or similar position, or reassign to an alternative position for which they are suitable, those employees affected by a review. Where reconfirmation or reassignment takes place within the Ministry the provisions in 2.9.7 and 2.9.8 will apply.
