Common use of Reconfiguration Clause in Contracts

Reconfiguration. The reconfiguration, adjustment, resubdivision, reparcelization, lot line adjustments, reversions to acreage, air rights, maps or other alteration of property lines through parcel or subdivision mapping, lot line adjustment, or lot merger, which may affect the description of LANDOWNER’s Property as set out in Exhibit A.
