Reconfiguration Equipment. If needed in order to facilitate the Incumbent’s transition to the Replacement Frequencies, Nextel will loan any equipment identified in Schedule D as “Loaned Reconfiguration Equipment” and/or will provide any equipment identified in Schedule D as “Replacement Equipment”. The Loaned Reconfiguration Equipment and Nextel Replacement Equipment may be referred to collectively as the “Nextel Schedule D Equipment”. Nextel will deliver any Nextel Schedule D Equipment to Incumbent in accordance with Schedule D. Incumbent will fax to Nextel a xxxx of lading associated with each shipment of Nextel Schedule D Equipment signed by an authorized representative of Incumbent acknowledging receipt of the Nextel Schedule D Equipment in good working order. Any Loaned Reconfiguration Equipment, if applicable, will be returned to Nextel by Incumbent prior to the Reconciliation Date.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement.   • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment.   • Other Equipment Seller shall install, own and maintain the infrastructure associated with the Revenue Metering Package, including but not limited to all enclosures (meter cabinets, meter pedestals, meter sockets, pull boxes, and junction boxes, along with their grounding/bonding connections), CT/PT mounting structures, conduits and ductlines, enclosure support structures, ground buses, pads, test switches, terminal blocks, isolation relays, telephone surge suppressors, and analog phone lines (one per meter), subject to Company's review and approval.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified in Subparagraphs 19.1.1 to 19.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
