Recommended Spare Parts. The recommended spare parts shall be listed and shall be those considered desirable by Developer. The recommended spare parts shall include a quotation of the unit price, quantity, description, catalog number, part number, drawing reference(s) etc., for each recommended spare part to completely identify the item and the equipment component for which it is recommended. PacifiCorp may order all or any of the spare parts at its own discretion. PacifiCorp shall reimburse Developer for any spare parts purchased by Developer.

Recommended Spare Parts. At its sole expense, Seller shall prepare a written summary of recommended spare parts for the Xxxxxx System it deems necessary or prudent for Buyer to presently maintain and possess.

STRATEC agrees to use its best commercial efforts to ship spare parts orders generally within thirty (30) days from date of order for routine requests. The parties shall reasonably agree upon acceptance test criteria to be applied by STRATEC prior to shipping spare parts to Gen-Probe. In case of emergency and availability at STRATEC, STRATEC will strive to ship by air within 48 hours of receipt of order, with shipping at Gen-Probe’s expense. An additional handling fee of US$ 150.00 per item shall be charged. STRATEC shall place Gen-Probe’s part numbers on all spare parts purchased hereunder. During the Term of this Agreement and for five (5) years thereafter, STRATEC will give Gen-Probe three (3) months’ notice of any discontinuation of the sale by STRATEC of a spare part (which discontinuation shall only be made in the event (i) of unavailability of such part from the manufacturer, or (ii) that a better part becomes available) and will provide Gen-Probe with the opportunity to make final orders of any such spare part. In addition, STRATEC shall provide Gen-Probe with detailed specifications for any such discontinued spare part to the extent that it has access to such specifications. All such obligations of STRATEC shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

TANK CONTRACTOR shall state any necessary additional information required to fabricate or locate a part (serial numbers, tag numbers, etc.) to facilitate ordering. Recommended Spare Parts. VENDOR shall provide a Recommended Spare Parts List (RSL) for all Products covered by this Agreement. The RSL shall include all parts and assemblies necessary to repair and maintain the Products purchased under this Agreement. A separate RSL shall be supplied for each product model or configuration, identifying all common parts.
