  • Alternative to Litigation 13.2.1 The Parties desire to resolve disputes arising out of this Agreement without litigation. Accordingly, the Parties agree to use the following Dispute Resolution procedures with respect to any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its breach.

  • Evaluations Formal written performance evaluations of each employee shall be carried out during the probationary period and not less than annually thereafter.

  • Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the LHIN or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to:

  • Progress The Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the work, confer with the County. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be requested by the County, in order to evaluate features of the work. Upon request by the County, the Engineer shall make presentations to the Commissioners Court. At the request of the County or the Engineer, conferences shall be held at the Engineer’s office, the County’s office, or at other locations designated by the County. These conferences shall also include an evaluation of the Engineer’s services and work when requested by the County. Should the County determine that the progress in production of the work does not satisfy the work schedule, the County will review the work schedule with the Engineer to determine corrective action needed. The Engineer shall promptly advise the County in writing of events which have a significant impact upon the progress of work, including:

  • Budgeting The budget set out in the Consortium Plan shall be valued in accordance with the usual accounting and management principles and practices of the respective Parties.

  • Strategy As an organization without operational services (fuel, maintenance, etc.), and in consideration that the majority of potential issues come from boat maintenance whereby the boats are personal property, the predominant strategy will be the minimization of on-site waste. With this approach, the organization will have minimal potential impact on the environment and reduce regulatory risk. To accomplish this, requirements will be established by policy, periodic communications shall occur, and audits will be utilized to provide feedback for improvement.
