Recommendations to District. The Construction Manager shall endeavor to achieve satisfactory performance from each Contractor. The Construction Manager shall recommend courses of action to the District when requirements of a Contract are not being fulfilled, and the nonperforming party shall not take satisfactory corrective action.

Recommendations to District. Contractor shall endeavor to achieve satisfactory performance from each Trade Contractor. Contractor shall recommend courses of action to District when requirements of the Contract Documents or a Trade Contract are not being fulfilled, and when the non-performing party will not take satisfactory corrective action. After assignment of a Trade Contract by District to Contractor, the Trade Contractor’s performance is Contractor’s responsibility.

  • DISQUALIFICATION FOR PAST PERFORMANCE AND FINDINGS OF NON RESPONSIBILITY Bidder may be disqualified from receiving awards if Bidder, or anyone in Bidder’s employment, has previously failed to perform satisfactorily in connection with public Bidding or contracts or is deemed non- responsible.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Board of Director Approval This Agreement shall have been approved by the Board of Directors of Acquirer.
