Recognized Teaching Experience. (a) Previous contract teaching experience in Ontario or its equivalent elsewhere as well as previous occasional teaching experience recognized by the predecessor Boards in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreements, shall be recognized as teaching experience for the purpose of placing a teacher on the salary grid.
