RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT. (a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the employees in the bargaining unit described in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, subject to the exclusions subsequently ordered by the Labour Relations Board or recognized by the parties.

(a) The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for a bargaining unit composed of employees of Planet Bingo, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX except office, sales and surveillance/security staff and those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of BC.
