RECOGNITION AND UNION SECURITY. Section 1.-Recognition Pursuant to the provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965 of the State of Michigan, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Union as the exclusive representative for purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment of employees of the Employer as follows: ALL REGULAR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME BUS DRIVERS, MAINTENANCE I and II, FOOD SERVICE AND MECHANICS. EXCLUDING SUPERVISORS AND ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES. AS CERTIFIED BY THE MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION ON APRIL 15, 1997 IN CASE NO. R97 B-40 AND ON OCTOBER 31, 2001 IN CASE NO.R01 1-125.
