Common use of Recognition and Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Recognition and Negotiations. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole representative and collective bargaining agent for all Non-Teaching Support Staff and Daily Paid Employees who are members of the Union, and herein agrees to negotiate with the Union or any of its authorized representatives. The Employer and the Union agree to acquaint new employees with the terms and conditions of this Collective Agreement.
