RECOGNITION AND BARGAINING UNIT. 1.1 The City hereby recognizes the respective Union as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for the purposes stated in Chapter 108, Extra Session, Laws of 1967 of the State of Washington, of all regular full-time, part-time, and temporary parking enforcement officers employed by the City of Seattle (hereinafter, “employees” or “PEOs”).
