Reclaimed Water System i. Applicant shall comply with all codes, laws and regulations necessary for the development of the Property applicable at the time each development permit is issued and will pay all usual and customary costs associated with providing reclaimed water service to the Property for its intended uses.

Reclaimed Water System. DEVELOPER shall upsize Reclaimed Water mains as listed below. The DEVELOPER shall be reimbursed for the difference in purchase price between the small and upsized pipes, such price to be determined in accordance with City Code. The DEVELOPER’S cost shall be reimbursed through credits against the first wastewater impact fees required to be paid to the CITY for development within with the Property, at the rate of 13.5% of each wastewater impact fee, such percent being equivalent to the cost factor for the Reclaimed water system as determined by the impact fee study prepared by TischlerBise Consultants and adopted by the City in 2005.   • By Interconnection Customer Interconnection Customer may unilaterally terminate the Interconnection Service Agreement pursuant to Applicable Laws and Regulations upon providing Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner sixty (60) days prior written notice thereof, provided that Interconnection Customer is not then in Default under the Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
