Common use of Reciprocal Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal. Landlord and Tenant covenant and represent that they have full and complete authority to enter into this Lease under all of the terms, covenants and provisions set forth herein and so long as Tenant and Landlord perform each and every term, provision, and condition herein contained on the part of Tenant and Landlord to be performed. Tenant may peacefully and quietly enjoy the Premises without hindrance or molestation by Landlord or Landlord's agents. LANDLORD AND TENANT HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND REVIEWED THIS LEASE AND EACH TERM AND PROVISION CONTAINED HEREIN, AND BY THE EXECUTION OF THIS LEASE SHOW THEIR INFORMED AND VOLUNTARY CONSENT THERETO. THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE THAT, AT THE TIME THIS LEASE IS EXECUTED, THE TERMS OF THIS LEASE ARE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE AND EFFECTUATE THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF LANDLORD AND TENANT WITH RESPECT TO THE PREMISES.
