Common use of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Interconnection Points Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Interconnection Points. 7.1.1 Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Points (“IPs”) from which Talk Unlimited will provide transport and termination of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to its Customers (“Talk Unlimited- IPs”) shall be as follows: 7.1.1.1 For each LATA in which Talk Unlimited requests to interconnect with Verizon, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Talk Unlimited shall establish a Talk Unlimited IP in each Verizon Local Calling Area (as defined below) where Talk Unlimited chooses to assign telephone numbers to its Customers. Talk Unlimited shall establish such Talk Unlimited-IP consistent with the methods of interconnection and interconnection trunking architectures that it will use pursuant to Section 2 or Section 3 of this Attachment. For purposes of this Section 7.1.1.1, Verizon Local Calling Areas shall be as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer tariffs and include a non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but do not include an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement. If Talk Unlimited fails to establish IPs in accordance with the preceding sentences of this Section 7.1.1.1, (a) Verizon may pursue available dispute resolution mechanisms; and,
