Recipient’s Representative; Addresses. 5.01. The Minister of International Cooperation of the Recipient and the Assistant to the Minister for International, Regional and Arab Financing Organizations of the Ministry of International Cooperation of the Recipient are severally designated as the Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions.
