Data Controller The Sponsor shall be the data controller for such personal data except that, if Quintiles deals with any personal data under this Agreement in the manner of a data controller, Quintiles shall be the data controller of such personal data to the extent of such dealings. Quintiles may process "personal data", as defined in the applicable data protection legislation enacted under the same or equivalent/similar national legislation (collectively "Data Protection Legislation"), of the Investigator and Study Staff for study-related purposes and all such processing will be carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. 6.4
Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.
Personnel Data The School shall maintain accurate and complete personnel and payroll information and shall provide such information to the Commission, in the format and timeframe prescribed by the Commission, as required for the Legislature or any State agency including but not limited to the Department of Budget & Finance, Employees' Retirement System, and the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. The School shall ensure each employee receiving State benefits qualifies for such benefits.
Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.
Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.
The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.
Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager. Custody and Accounting Services All expenses of the transfer, receipt, safekeeping, servicing and accounting for the cash, securities, and other property of the Corporation, for the benefit of the Fund, including all charges of depositories, custodians, and other agents, if any;
Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
