Recipient Account. You must provide us with full details of the account to which you are sending your money (Recipient Account), including the full name and address of the account holder and the full name and address of the bank at which the account is held, on or before the date that we nominate. If you fail to do so, you will be in breach of your obligations and we reserve the right to Terminate the Transaction. When you give us Personal Information of Recipients, you represent that you are authorised to do so and agree to inform any Recipients of the contents of this agreement and our Privacy Policy as it relates to them.

Recipient Account. You must provide us with full details of your Recipient Account, including the full name and address of the account holder, the account number, the full name and address of the recipient bank, and the bank’s routing number, on or before the Exchange Date or such earlier date that we require. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to Close Out the Transaction in accordance with section 10. We will rely solely on the account number and routing number you provide to us and will not check to ensure that the information you provide is correct. You acknowledge that if you do not provide us with the correct account number or bank routing number, you could lose the entire transfer amount.

If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Separate Account If Student-Generated Content is stored or maintained by the Provider, Provider shall, at the request of the LEA, transfer, or provide a mechanism for the LEA to transfer, said Student- Generated Content to a separate account created by the student.
