Recharging. You are responsible for:
Recharging. Devices should be brought to the College fully charged every day as the College has limited facilities for recharging.
Recharging. You will be re-charged for the cost of repairs for damage resulting from your wilful or negligent action and for the replacement of any fixtures or fittings in your property that you destroy. The Council will also charge for: • any works that the Council has had to carry out because you have not done them. • any costs incurred by the Council as a result of your breach of conditions in this agreement.

Recharging. The HOLDER must satisfy, in advance, the sufficient amount to the amount recharged. The cards may be recharged as many times as desired up to the limit assigned by the HOLDER, except if the product contracted is a gift card, instant, or virtual card, where a single recharge may be made. The HOLDER may recharge the card through the following channels:
Recharging. In any of the situations described above (1-4), when a caller "recharges" a card resulting in additional revenue to a Licensee, then the royalty is computed and paid by the Licensee based on Recharge Sales Revenue (as opposed to revenues received for services provided in the recharge operation) as receipts. Recharge Sales Revenue in this case is treated similarly to Card Sales Revenue in situations 1-4 above.
Recharging discharging of all contents from the fire extinguisher cylinder and refilling/recharging with the proper extinguisher agent, changing any gaskets, valves, hoses, and gauges if needed. Agency shall notify the contractor when refill/recharge is needed as a result of: • Use of fire extinguisher; • Reading of indicator gauge; • Seals, gauges, valves, hoses of fire extinguisher has been damaged.
Recharging. After the acceptance of the recharging request of platform user by Party A’s platform, Party A’s platform will send the recharging instruction to Party B’s system, then Party B’s system will transfer the funds in the platform user’s bank account through Party B’s partner payment institution to the virtual deposit account after the safety verification of the user, and the actual funds will be settled by the partner payment institution on the T+1 day and transferred to Party A’s transaction funds deposit account;
Recharging. We reserve the right to charge you for: • the cost of repair of any damage to the property; • the cost of replacement of property destroyed; • the cost of works carried out in default by us; any costs incurred by us as a result of your breach of conditions 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8 of the section entitled “Your duties to the Council” in this Tenancy Agreement.

You are responsible for: • The cost of repair of any damage to your home • The cost of replacement of property destroyed • The cost of works carried out by default by Derby Homes • Any reasonable costs incurred by Derby Homes as a result of your breach of the conditions of this agreement.
