RECEIVAL. 4.1 The Xxxxxx will receive the commodity in accordance with Grain Trade Australia (‘GTA’) standards unless otherwise agreed.

The Xxxxxx will sample, provide quality testing services, classify into available grades, weigh, store and load (if available) rail or (if available) road transport or transfer the Commodity to another party under this agreement. The Xxxxxx will receive and load the Commodity in accordance with recognised receival specifications and sampling methodology unless otherwise agreed. The Xxxxxx may, at its discretion, accept or refuse to receive the Commodity for storage and/or warehousing, based on quality, hygiene, safety and its capacity and efficiency. The Client will immediately remove the Commodity from the storage upon receipt of a notice from the Xxxxxx requiring it to do so.

In connection with the supply of Services by the Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx will provide an administrative service to the Client enabling the sale of commodities by In-Store Transfer to the Client on a cash, contract or pool price basis. The Xxxxxx will sample, provide quality testing services, classify into available grades, weigh, store and load (if available) rail or (if available) road transport or transfer the Commodity to another party. The Xxxxxx will receive and load the Commodity in accordance with recognised receival specifications and sampling methodology unless otherwise agreed. The Client will promptly remove the Commodity from the storage upon receipt of a notice from the Xxxxxx requiring it to do so.

The Xxxxxx will sample, provide quality testing services, classify into available grades, weigh, store, and load via road transport only or transfer the Commodity to another party under this agreement. The Xxxxxx will receive and load the Commodity in accordance with recognized receival specifications and sampling methodology unless otherwise agreed. The Xxxxxx may at its discretion, accept or refuse to receive the Commodity for storage and/or warehousing, based on quality hygiene, safety and its capacity and effi- ciency. The Client will immediately remove the Commodity from the storage upon receipt of a notice from the Xxxxxx requiring it to do so. The Xxxxxx’x weighbridge and quality testing data recorded on Receival shall be prima facie evidence of the quantity, quality, variety, grade, specification and condition, of the Commodity Received and being stored.
