Common use of Receivable File Clause in Contracts

Receivable File. The Collateral Custodian is holding the related Receivable File and all requisite documentation for the benefit of the Secured Parties and the Collateral Custodian has issued a Receivable Receipt to the Administrative Agent prior to the Closing Date, in the case of the Initial Receivables, or the Effective Date, in the case of the Effective Date Receivables.
