Receipt of Reports. The Board may dismiss an employee for professional incompetence after receipt by the Board of at least three reports prepared in accordance with Article E.24 which indicate a less than satisfactory level of performance over a period of time of not less than 12 calendar months or more than 24 calendar months.
Receipt of Reports. The LENDER shall be in receipt of all reports, financial statements, financial information and financial disclosures required by the LOAN DOCUMENTS, except to the extent that the LENDER has waived the receipt thereof.

Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx currently serves as the Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and as co-trustee of the general partner of the Partnership and, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, has received reports from and other information concerning the Company, and the Partnership is aware of the contents of all of such reports and information. In connection with the transaction contemplated hereby, the Purchaser has not relied on financial information regarding the Company provided by the Company."
Receipt of Reports. During the first four Years of the Architectural Settlement Period and inclusive of the time necessary to complete work to monitor the fourth Year of compliance and provide a Monitor’s Report, the Access Monitor shall receive all Annual Prospective Reports and all Periodic Reports from the District regarding implementation of the District’s Transition Plan, including the removal of Architectural Barriers and other efforts to provide Program Access.
Receipt of Reports. If the Financial Report or Scientific Report is not received by the date due, the AHA may withhold all future Award payments until receipt of the report. In addition, the final payment (or some lesser amount determined by the AHA) of the Award may be withheld until all required reports have been received by the AHA. All withheld Award payments revert to the AHA if the AHA has not received all required reports within six months after the Award period ends.
Receipt of Reports. The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Company's Prospectus dated November 14, 1990, Form 10-K Report for the year ended December 31, 1990, Form 10-Q Report for the quarter ended March 31, 1990 and an Information Statement dated June 14, 1991 (the "Reports'). All terms used herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Reports, unless the context herein indicates otherwise.
