Recall to Salary Band. When an opening occurs within a salary band, an employee redeployed to a lower salary band, displaced from the salary band, or recalled to a lower salary band from which they were laid off, will be eligible, seniority permitting, to fill that opening provided they have the skills and ability and qualifications to perform the normal requirements of the position with a reasonable amount of training.
Recall to Salary Band. 4. EPTS employees offered employment with the University under the provisions of this agreement will not be required to serve a probationary period (Article 11).
