Recall Reporting Time Limits. Any employee who fails to accept an offer of recall, except temporary, sent to his/her last advised address within five calendar days of a mailed offer of recall or within forty-eight (48) hours of an offer of recall telephonically conveyed or, upon acceptance, fails to report to work within five (5) days or such longer period thereafter as may be specified or agreed to by the Company, shall thereupon forfeit his/her seniority rights with respect to re-employment until restored by the mutual agreement of the Union and the Company.
