Recall Notices. It is the employee’s responsibility to keep the business office informed of the employee’s current telephone number and address or of any change in phone number and/or address within three (3) working days of such change. In the event an employee fails to comply with this procedure, the Employer shall not be obligated to recall the employee until such time as correct information is submitted. Further, the employer shall be held harmless for any time, wages or recall opportunities lost as a result of such failure by the employee.
