Recall from Leave. Once an employee's annual leave has been approved, his/her leave shall not be canceled or modified for any reason, except with mutual agreement, or in the case of an emergency as defined by section 2.2.
Recall from Leave. The Board of Education reserves the prerogative of recalling to service any or all employees who have been granted leaves of absence when an emergency or teacher shortage makes such action necessary. It is understood, however, that leaves granted for personal illness, approved educational commitments, military service, Red Cross, Peace Corps, or V.I.S.T.A. service shall not be affected by this provision.
Recall from Leave. 49.1 Where the Chief Executive Officer cancels approved Annual Leave for an employee without reasonable notice, the Chief Executive Officer may approve the reimbursement of any reasonable expenses incurred by the employee and their immediate family that are not otherwise recoverable under any insurance or from any other source and which are a direct result of the cancellation of the leave.
Recall from Leave i) A payment will be made to an employee on a day of attendance for duty having been recalled from Rostered leave, to cover for xxxxxxx shortages which may arise due to unexpected or unscheduled work, and for any short term absences including in respect of workers compensation, sick leave, personal carer's leave and compassionate leave, as provided in this Agreement. Payment amounts are detailed in the Schedules annexed to this Agreement a day in lieu will be discharged on a mutually agreeable day.
Recall from Leave. No employee shall be recalled from leave without his consent. Where an employee has consented to be recalled before the expiry of his leave, he shall, if he so wishes, be paid appropriate cash compensation for the unutilized leave. An employee may carry forward such unutilized leave as a result of being recalled from leave to be taken not later than the end of his next leave year or at any other convenient time mutually agreed. Unutilized leave carried forward as a result from being recalled from leave shall not count as accumulated leave under Clause 36.6. Any cost resulting from the recall shall be reimbursed to the employee.
Recall from Leave i. An employee may be recalled from leave by the service to perform certain functions/duties as the exigencies of the service may demand and shall not forfeit the remainder of his leave.

Leave accrued for a day recalled from rostered leave will be discharged on a mutually agreeable day or half day, and within three months of the accrual.
Recall from Leave. 34.4.1 Subject to subclause 34.4.2, the Company will not be entitled to recall an Employee from annual leave except by mutual agreement between the Company and that Employee, in which case the Employee shall be paid in accordance with this Agreement for the time so re-called and his/her annual leave shall be re-credited for the duration of the recall.
