Rebate Payment Terms Sample Clauses

The Rebate Payment Terms clause defines the conditions and schedule under which rebate payments are calculated and disbursed between parties. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for earning rebates, such as meeting certain purchase volumes or sales targets, and specifies the timing and method of payment, for example, quarterly payments via bank transfer.
