Reasonableness of restraint. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that each of the restraint obligations imposed by this clause 10 is reasonable in its extent (as to all of duration, geographical area and restrained conduct) having regard to the interests of each party to this agreement and extends no further (in any respect) than is reasonably necessary and is solely to protect the Company’s legitimate interests.
Reasonableness of restraint. The Vendor agrees that the restraint obligations imposed by clause 11.1 is reasonable in its extent (as to all of duration, geographical area and restrained conduct) having regard to the interests of each party to this Agreement.

Reasonableness of restraint. Each of the Sellers and CCI acknowledge that each of the restrictions imposed by this clause 17 is reasonable in the circumstances and necessary to protect the goodwill of the Group Companies.
Reasonableness of restraint. If any restraint obligation is judged to go beyond what is reasonable in the circumstances and necessary to protect the goodwill of the Business but would be judged reasonable if any Restrained Business were deleted or a Restraint Period or a Restraint Area were reduced, then the Restraint applies with that activity deleted or period or area reduced so as to make the Restraint reasonable in the circumstances.
