Reasonable Time Period to Implement. Allow the CSA a reasonable time period in which to implement fully Department directives. Department directives, which are the result of changes in Federal or State laws, rules and regulations or court actions, may be implemented by the Department in accordance with the implementation timeframes of the Federal or State laws, rules and regulations or court action.
