Each Indemnified Party shall take all commercially reasonable steps to mitigate all Losses relating to a claim, including availing itself of any defenses, limitations, rights of contribution, claims against third Persons and other rights at Law or equity, and shall provide such evidence and documentation of the nature and extent of the claim as may be reasonably requested by the Indemnitor.
