Reasonable Servicing Fee. The New Century acknowledges and agrees that the Servicing Fee represents reasonable compensation for performing such services and that the entire Servicing Fee shall be treated by the New Century, for accounting and tax purposes, as compensation for the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Reasonable Servicing Fee. The New Century acknowledges and agrees that the Servicing Fee represents reasonable compensation for performing such services and that the entire Servicing Fee shall be treated by the New Century, for accounting and tax purposes, as compensation for the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
