Executive acknowledges that the restrictions and covenants contained in this Agreement are reasonably necessary to protect the goodwill and legitimate business interests of the Company, are not overbroad, overlong, or unfair (including in duration and scope), and will not curtail Executive’s ability to earn a livelihood upon Executive’s termination of employment with the Company.
