REASONABLE AND NECESSARY BUSINESS EXPENSES. In addition to the compensation provided for in Section 2 hereof, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable, customary and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder. Executive shall first account for such expenses by submitting a statement itemizing such expenses prepared in accordance with the policy set by the Company for reimbursement of such expenses. The amount, nature and extent of reimbursement for such expenses shall always be subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the CEO and the Board, or such other persons as may be specified from time to time by the CEO.

Related to REASONABLE AND NECESSARY BUSINESS EXPENSES

  • Business Expenses The Company shall reimburse the Executive for any and all necessary, customary and usual expenses, properly receipted in accordance with Company policies, incurred by Executive on behalf of the Company.

  • General Business Expenses The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Executive during the Term in the performance of the Executive's services under this Agreement. Such payment shall be made upon presentation of such documentation as the Company customarily requires of its senior executive employees prior to making such payments or reimbursements.

  • Reimbursement of Business Expenses Executive is authorized to incur ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business expenses in connection with the performance of his duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement and for the promotion of the Company’s business and activities during this Agreement, including but not limited to expenses for necessary travel and entertainment and other items of expense required in the normal and routine course of Executive’s employment under this Agreement.   • Medical Expenses 1. Employees exposed to hazardous physical, biological, or chemical agents shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with medical examinations or evaluations required by VOSHA regulations. If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
