Common use of Reasonable and Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Reasonable and Continuing Obligations. Executive agrees that Executive’s obligations under this § 5 are obligations which will continue beyond the date Executive’s employment terminates and that such obligations are reasonable and necessary to protect INTCX’s legitimate business interests. INTCX in addition shall have the right to take such other action as INTCX deems necessary or appropriate to compel compliance with the provisions of this § 5.
