Reasonable Adjustments. Siemens will have the right to adjust the Order, including the time schedule and price, to make up for any delay or reasonable additional costs it incurs if Customer does not: a. provide its Contributions in accordance with the respective Order; or b. fulfill its obligations specified in this Section 4, or in the respective Supplemental Terms.
