Common use of Reasonable Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Adjustments. If Customer does not: a. provide its Contributions in accordance with the respective Order; or b. fulfill its obligations specified in this Section 7, or in the respective Supplemental Terms, Innomotics will have the right to adjust the Order, including the time schedule and fees, to make up for any delay or reasonable additional costs Innomotics incurs.
