Reappointments. 20.7.1 In accordance with Subsection 20.3.1, 20.4.1, 20.4.2, 20.4.3, the LPC shall make recommendations on reappointments and continuing appointments in conformity with Section 20.12, Timelines. The LPC shall forward its recommendations in writing to the DOL. After considering the LPC recommendation and relevant materials, the DOL shall forward his/her recommendation and the recommendation of the LPC to the Xxxxxxx. Copies of the recommendations shall be sent to the librarian and the LPC at the same time they are sent to the next level of review. A copy of the Xxxxxxx’x decision shall be sent to the librarian and the LPC.
