Reappointment Period. 36.04.1 If it is found that Faculty Members can be increased in a specific case, the University shall offer re-appointment to those Regular or Probationary Faculty Members who are qualified for this area and who were terminated according to Article 36.03 above within the previous two years, in the reverse order of termination.
