Common use of Real Property Improvements Clause in Contracts

Real Property Improvements. The Regents, on behalf of the Community College, may borrow money through college district general obligation bonds, for the purpose of erecting and furnishing, constructing, purchasing, remodeling and equipping buildings and utility facilities and making other real property improvements or for purchasing grounds, exclusive of stadiums and purchasing and installing computer hardware and software with a useful life equal to or exceeding bond maturity.
