Common use of REAL ESTATE BROKER Clause in Contracts

REAL ESTATE BROKER. Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(s) listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

REAL ESTATE BROKER. Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(s) listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's ’s fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

Each of Landlord and Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord the other against any claims by any other broker or third party claiming under the indemnifying party (other than Landlord’s Broker and Tenant’s Broker) for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

Tenant Each party shall indemnify and defend Landlord the other party against any claims by any other broker or third party (other than Landlord’s Broker and Tenant’s Broker) for any payment of any kind in connection with representation of such party in connection with this Lease.

Tenant represents to Landlord landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx Management Corp[oration and any broker(s) broker listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(s) Landlord's Real Estate Broker and Tenant's Real Estate Broker, as listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant and Landlord shall each indemnify and defend Landlord the other against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this LeaseLease arising out of the activities of the indemnifying party.

Tenant Landlord shall indemnify pay the commission due the broker(s) listed in the Schedule in accordance with Landlord's standard leasing commission policies and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Leaseprocedures.

Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party party, with which Tenant may have dealt with respect to this Lease, for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(sbrokers) listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.. MISCELLANEOUS

Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease.

REAL ESTATE BROKER. Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(s) listed in the Schedule, and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's ’s fee or other payment in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind in connection with this Lease. Landlord shall pay the broker identified in the Schedule a commission pursuant to a separate agreement to be entered into between Landlord and such broker(s).

REAL ESTATE BROKER. Tenant represents to Landlord that Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker with respect to this Lease except for any broker(s) listed in the ScheduleSchedule (whose commissions shall be paid by Landlord), and no other broker is in any way entitled to any broker's fee or other payment arising from Tenant's actions in connection with this Lease. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord against any claims by any other broker or third party for any payment of any kind owing as a result of Tenant's actions in connection with this Lease.
