Common use of Reaffirmation of Loan Documents and Liens Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Loan Documents and Liens. Any and all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Security Instruments shall, except as amended or otherwise modified hereby, remain in full force and effect. Except to the extent expressly set forth herein, the amendments contemplated hereby shall not limit or impair any Liens securing the Indebtedness, each of which are hereby ratified and affirmed to secure the Indebtedness as such Indebtedness may be increased or otherwise affected by this Second Amendment.
