Common use of Reaffirmation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Reaffirmation Agreement, executed and delivered by each Guarantor and the Administrative Agent.

Reaffirmation Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Reaffirmation Agreementguarantee reaffirmation agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it, executed and delivered by each Guarantor and the Administrative AgentSubsidiary Guarantor.
