Reading Data. Various windows are displayed on the main screen for reading data recorded on a PC Card with the 3196. The data to be read is specified by folder. The following data files within folder can be read: • SET files Setting data • ITV files TIME PLOT data • EVT files EVENT data (lists, voltage/current waveforms, transient waveforms and numerical values) • FLC files Flicker data (Delta V10, IEC) • TRN files Transient waveform data • WDU files Event voltage fluctuation data 1. Click the (Open button), or select File - Open on the menu bar. The Open dialog box appears. 2. Select the folder containing the 3196 measurement data to be read. 3.   • Metering Data At Developer’s expense, the metered data shall be telemetered to one or more locations designated by Connecting Transmission Owner, Developer and NYISO. Such telemetered data shall be used, under normal operating conditions, as the official measurement of the amount of energy delivered from the Large Generating Facility to the Point of Interconnection.

The Registration Statement discloses all material off-balance sheet transactions, arrangements, obligations (including contingent obligations), and other relationships of the Company with unconsolidated entities or other persons that may have a material current or future effect on the Company's financial condition, changes in financial condition, results of operations, liquidity, capital expenditures, capital resources, or significant components of revenues or expenses. There are no pro forma or as adjusted financial statements which are required to be included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus in accordance with Regulation S-X which have not been included as so required. 2.6.2. The statistical, industry-related and market-related data included in the Registration Statement and the Prospectus are based on or derived from sources which the Company reasonably and in good faith believes are reliable and accurate, and such data agree with the sources from which they are derived.
