Reaching Agreement. When consensus is reached covering all areas under discussion, the proposed agreement shall be reduced to writing as a memorandum of understanding and submitted to the Onondaga Administrator's Association and the Board of Education for approval. Following approval by a majority of the Onondaga Administrators' Association and by a majority of the Board of Education, it shall be signed by the Superintendent and the President of the Onondaga Administrators' Association and shall become a part of the official minutes of the Onondaga Central School Board of Education. When appropriate, provisions in the agreement shall be reflected in the individual certificated employee's salary notice. The agreement shall not discriminate against any member of the Onondaga Administrators' Association regardless of membership or non-membership in any local professional organization.
