Re-induction. Where secondments are for over six months a re-induction programme will be required to manage the return of the secondee to the donor organisation. The purpose of this is to: • bring the secondee up to date with developments in the donor organisation and in their job role in particular • ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the benefit to the individual and the donor of the development gained by the secondment • refresh job-specific skills, if necessary
