An A regular full‐time employee who resigns her position their position, and within sixty (60) days is re-employedre‐employed as a regular full‐time employee, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering for those days absent and shall retain all previous provisions and rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirementsprovided they have not withdrawn their College Pension Plan contributions.
