Re-Certification. Withheld If an employee completes all approved training necessary to maintain his required certificates or licenses but, due to circumstances beyond his control, such re-certification or re-licensing is temporarily withheld, no disciplinary action shall be taken by the Employer. The Employer may modify or restrict an employee’s duties and/or schedule until such time that re-certification or re-licensing is acquired. The Employee’s pay shall not be altered as a result of such modification or restriction.
