Ratings and Reviews. In addition, the Restaurateur shall have access to the Platform ratings and review system as regulated under the separate Terms of Use . Any remedy available to TheFork under this Article 10, including termination of the Agreement, are without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that TheFork may have under the Terms of Use.
Ratings and Reviews. 10.1. Within a certain timeframe after completing a booking, Guests and Hosts can leave a public review (“Review”) and submit a numerical rating (“Rating”) about each other. Ratings or Reviews reflect the opinions of individual Members and do not reflect the opinion of Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Ratings and Reviews are not verified by Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for accuracy and may be incorrect or misleading.
Ratings and Reviews. The Mobile Application and other Interactive Areas may allow you to rate (each, a “Rating”) and post reviews (each, a “Review”) of chefs, bartenders, and food trucks, and other third party food and beverage providers. Therefore, all Ratings and Reviews must comply with the following criteria: (1) before posting a Rating or Review, you must have had recent first-hand experience with the chef; (2) you may not have a proprietary or other affiliation with either the chef or any of his or her competitors; (3) you may not draw any legal conclusions regarding the chef’s services or conduct; and (4) your review must otherwise comply with the terms of this Agreement as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Any Rating and/or Review that we determine, in our sole discretion, could diminish the integrity of the Ratings and Reviews, the Materials and/or the Mobile Application may be removed or excluded by us without notice. COMMUNICATIONS & TEXT MESSAGES When you use the Services, or send emails, text messages, and other communications from your mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages through the Services, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your voluntary provision to Chef2You of your cell phone number represents your consent that Chef2You may contact you by telephone, SMS, or MMS messages at that phone number, and your consent to receiving such communications for transactional, operational, or informational purposes. Ratings and Reviews. The Service allows Members to post reviews, ratings and comments about Coaches, Specialists, Mentors, companies and other profiles as may be added from time to time (collectively, “Reviews”), and if you are a Member, you are solely responsible for any content, opinion, statement, recommendation or advance contained therein. Reviews posted on the Service are User Content that is not endorsed by Ureeka and do not represent the views of Ureeka. You acknowledge that any opinions, statement, recommendation, ratings, offers, advice or other information presented or disseminated in any Review are those of their respective authors who are solely responsible and liable for their content. Ureeka shall have the right, but not the obligation to monitor or review any Reviews at any time. Ureeka reserves the right to refuse to post or remove any material submitted or posted in any Review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Ureeka is under no obligation to edit or modify any information available in any Reviews or decide any dispute or disagreement between the posters and shall have no liability to you for any content posted in a Review. Ureeka does not assume liability for Reviews or for any claims for economic loss resulting from such ratings and reviews. Because we expect Users to maintain a high level of integrity with respect to ratings and reviews posted through the Service, you agree: (i) to base any rating or review you post only on your first-hand experience with the applicable Consultant; (ii) you will not provide a rating or review for any Consultant with respect to which you have an employment relationship or other affiliation; (iii) you will not submit a rating or review in exchange for payment or other benefits from any individual or entity; and (iv) your review will comply with these Terms. If Ureeka determines, in our sole discretion, that any rating or review could diminish the integrity of the ratings and reviews, we may exclude such User Content without notice.

Digi-Key may use mechanisms that rate or review, or allow shoppers to rate or review, Products and Supplier’s performance as a Supplier and Digi-Key may make these ratings publicly available. Digi-Key will have no liability to Supplier for the content or accuracy of any ratings or reviews. Makro may use mechanisms that rate or review or allow shoppers to rate or review the Seller’s Products and performance as a seller and Makro may make these ratings publicly available. Makro may also make us of syndicated product reviews. Makro will have no liability to the Seller for the content or accuracy of any ratings or reviews. The Seller will have no ownership interest in or license to use any ratings or reviews posted on the Makro Site unless authorised in writing by Makro.

TheFork sospecha que el Restaurador está incurriendo en una conducta desleal, fraudulenta o ilegal, TheFork se reserva el derecho de suspender o limitar su acceso a la Aplicación o a cualquier otro Servicio ofrecido por TheFork durante el tiempo que el Restaurador necesite para subsanar el incumplimiento y/o cumplir con sus obligaciones. TheFork notificará a los Restauradores si el listado de su Restaurante en la Plataforma ha sido suspendido, cancelado, o el hecho de que el Restaurante quedó inhabilitado para reservar en la Plataforma o en los Sitios Asociados, por carta o por correo electrónico, directamente en la Aplicación, o según se establezca de otro modo en las Condiciones de Uso. TheFork también exige unos criterios mínimos de publicación para que el anuncio del Restaurante esté disponible en la Plataforma o permanezca disponible, como una puntuación mínima, un número mínimo de reservas, un número mínimo de fotos, la realización de una formación específica con el personal de TheFork, la provisión de un número de XXX xxxxxx, un IBAN y unas coordenadas de domiciliación bancaria válidos. En caso de que no se cumplan estos criterios, TheFork también se reserva el derecho a eliminar el Restaurante de la lista y a rebajarlo de categoría o hacerlo inreservable. Los Restauradores tendrán derecho a apelar la decisión de XxxXxxx y/o solicitar detalles adicionales a TheFork sobre su incumplimiento poniéndose en contacto con el gestor de cuenta dedicado por correo electrónico o poniéndose en contacto con TheFork en la dirección de correo electrónico xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx El procedimiento de Quejas y Mediación descrito en el Art. 12.8 a continuación también será de aplicación al Restaurador.
