Rating Organization Clause Samples
Rating Organization. As of the date of this Agreement there were not, and as of the Time of Purchase and the Additional Time of Purchase, as applicable, there will not be, any securities of or guaranteed by the Company or any Subsidiary that are rated by a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization,” as that term is defined in Rule 436(g)(2) promulgated under the Securities Act.
Rating Organization. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has any indebtedness rated by any “nationally recognized statistical rating organization,” as such term is defined by the Commission for purposes of Rule 436(g) under the Securities Act.
